BrewLens
For machine shops and part manufacturers

Less paperwork. Fewer escapes.

BrewLens does two jobs for part makers. We annotate your drawings so inspection sheets and first-article reports are ready sooner, and we inspect parts with cameras so defects are caught before the customer finds them.

What we do

Two services. One goal: parts that pass.

Use either on its own. Both are offered as a small pilot first, so you can judge the result on your own parts.

Paper side

Drawing annotation

Send a drawing. We number every dimension, tolerance, GD&T frame and note, and return a characteristic list and a draft inspection sheet.

  • Ballooned drawing in PDF
  • Inspection sheet or AS9102 forms
  • Readings mapped to each balloon

Shop-floor side

Part inspection

A camera rig views each face of the part at a set angle, the same way every time, and flags surface defects for your inspector to confirm.

  • Repeatable views of every face
  • Images stored per part and serial
  • Your inspector makes the final call

How we work

You keep the judgement. We take the repetition.

People sign off

Your inspector reviews and signs every report. We never submit on your behalf.

Your drawings stay yours

We sign an NDA first. Work can run on a PC in your own QC room.
